Resisting change is not the answer, only acceptance will bring you peace.
Rage against that which has seemingly occurred against your will. But do not stay in the rage.
Delight in the changes that bring you great opportunity, but remain level headed.
By allowing change into your life, and letting go when it is time to let go, and receiving the new when it is time to receive the new, you will find yourself at your most balanced and peaceful.
