Change is such a natural part of life and yet you fear it and recoil from it. This is natural, the intrinsic nervous system within you wishes to be stable, secure, and safe. But magic doesn’t happen within this comfortable space. Magic happens when you are squeezed and pushed and when your back is against the wall.
Do not fear change, the phoenix always rises from the ashes. It is uncomfortable, it is hard, you wish it would be all over. And it will be. But be the phoenix, let yourself drop to the ground and be reborn. Let yourself be changed and know that the greatest diamonds are created through this pressure.
Now is the time for you to be kind to yourself, to call in your angels, to ask for the light to assist you, and most of all, love yourself deeply, compassionately, and unreservedly. This too shall pass.
