“I am God.”
I say that a lot in my work, in my meditations, and in my supplications.
I say it alongside other favourites, such as: “I am Light”, “I am love”, and “I am Goddess”.
I say it because words are sound, sound is power, and the ‘I AM’ sound is the most powerful of all.
When you move out of the physical senses and into the clairsenses, you step into an awareness of words as living, breathing, conscious tones.
You step into an awareness that sound itself is the progenitor of the universe, it is the alpha and the omega.
Every ‘I am’ is a sound that reveals your truth. It is a declaration, a vow, a manifesto.
With ‘I am’ you are stating to the universe and beyond, to dimensions upon dimensions, that which you are. You are declaring your very nature, your very being. And this declaration reverberates through a vibrational field that is beyond time and space. It is the butterfly effect in infinite multiplication.
When I say these three little words, I am not bonkerdoodles and expressing that I am the one and only bearded gent, up yonder, sitting regally on a throne beyond the pearly gates.
No. God to me is a force that is beyond true comprehension. It is the All That Is, All That Ever Was, All That Ever Will Be. A force of unconditional love and pure light. By uniting ‘I am’ with the word ‘God’ I am expressing that I am of it. That I am universes of creation, I am lifeforce, I am light, I am all that is pure. That I am unity, I am stardust, I am eternal, I am love. I am expressing that this is the core of who I am, beyond the messy human me. I am using sound through my vocal cords to align with this greater force that is woven into the very fabric of all.
I use the ‘I am’ to lift me up and claim my ultimate truth, but I can also use it to tear myself down and declare an untruth: “I am stupid”, “I am not worthy”, “I am not wanted”. These have equal power, and I have no wish to send these declarations into the vibrational field, or have them as my truth. As as a messy human though, I am not always fastidious in deterring them.
The ‘I am’ is your friend or your foe at your choosing. “I am light” creates a perception of power and purity. “I am unloved” creates a perception of separateness and aloneness. When garnered as a friend, ‘I am’ is a formidable ally.
Close your eyes, deepen your breath, quieten your mind, and hear, as if for the first time, the resonance through your body and mind as you utter the words ‘I am’.
Then, find a third word of your choosing, an uplifting word, and create your manifesto.
Repeat it, feel it, and know it. In doing so, you connect your conscious mind to the All That Is, you discover the real you, and the true healing power of sound is revealed to you.

I’m a messy human too! Currently I’m in the midst of clearing clutter but now, Insteon saying ‘I can’t do this’, I will say ‘I am worthy and can do this!’ Thank you xx
